30-Day Return Window
We stand behind the heat retention, durability, and craftsmanship of our cast iron cookware. You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund for your purchase.

Return Eligibility & Unused Condition Standards
To qualify for a return and full refund:
• Cast iron cookware MUST be completely unused, unwashed, free of food grease, water spots, or user re-seasoning, and in original condition.
• Enamel-coated cookware MUST show zero chips, scratches, or thermal shock damage from kitchen use.
• Products MUST be returned in their original packaging with all factory inserts, protective oil coatings, handle covers, and user manuals included.
• Used, heated, washed, or surface-altered iron cookware cannot be returned for buyer’s remorse due to hygiene and food contact safety standards.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required for all return requests.
• Manufacturing defects or items damaged during transit upon unboxing (e.g., cracked iron bodies or chipped enamel) are eligible for a 100% full refund or immediate free replacement.

Non-Returnable Items
• Cookware that has been used for cooking, washed with soap/water, or placed in an oven/stove.
• Cast iron exhibiting surface rust due to user exposure to water, air-drying without oiling, or dishwasher washing.
• Clearance or final sale items clearly marked as “Final Sale” at checkout.

Free Returns & No Restocking Fees
We offer free returns on all eligible unused items. We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you, and zero restocking fees will be deducted from your approved refund amount.

How to Initiate a Return
1. Email info@lodgeoestiron.shop with your original order number, reason for return, and photos showing the unused, clean condition and original packaging of the cookware.
2. Our customer service team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid printable return shipping label within 1-2 business days.
3. Pack the heavy cookware securely in its original protective packaging and sturdy outer box with generous cushioning to prevent transit damage.
4. Affix the prepaid label to the package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected at our Houston facility to confirm unused and original condition, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card or PayPal). Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for your banking institution to post the credit to your account.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to select a different pan diameter, Dutch oven capacity, or cookware model, please return your unused original item for a full refund and place a new order on our website.

Damaged or Defective Products Upon Delivery
If your order arrives with cracked iron, split handles, or severe enamel chips, please contact info@lodgeoestiron.shop within 7 days of receipt with photos demonstrating the damage. We will issue a full refund or ship a replacement unit immediately at no extra cost.
